This is our November 2016 Real Estate Market Report for Acworth, Georgia.

The biggest news in Acworth’s real estate market report for November is that median sold prices appear to be rebounding; they’re up 5.5% from the previous month, and up 10.3% above median sold prices from November of last year.  However, the number of closed sales decreased by 14.5%, continuing on the downward trend for the 4th month in a row.  The decline in closed sales around the holidays is typical, but there was 8.1% fewer closings last month compared to November 2015.
