This is our July 2017 Real Estate Sales Report for Acworth, Georgia.
Acworth’s real estate market didn’t make any drastic jumps in July, except for one: the number of new listings fell by over 25%, which is typically just evidence of the end-of-the-summer decline in real estate activity leading us into the holiday season.
