This is our September 2017 Real Estate Sales Report for Acworth, Georgia.

As expected and mentioned in last month’s report, real estate activity in Acworth is continuing to slow as we move into the holiday season. The number of closed sales is down nearly 4%, and the number of new listings is down 24%.

Despite the fact that the median price of sold homes in Acworth is up nearly 6% from September of last year, we still saw a decline in median sold price of 4.7% from last month. The good news is that the median number of days til contract is at a 5-year September low, while the average sold price to list price ratio is at a 5-year September high!
