February 2019 in Bartow County shows a real estate market ramping up for the Spring season; the number of new listings decreased by nearly 18%, and the number of closed sales decreased by 17.3%, although pending sales did increase by 6.7%. This lack of activity across the board has led to an 8.2% decrease in the inventory of homes for sale, and an 11.5% decrease in the months supply of inventory.

With what seems like mostly falling numbers across the board, you might be curious to see what Bartow County home price trends are: the median home sales price increased 12.6% to $196,000 and the average home sales price increased 14.3% to $218,602. Although there was a 2.1% rise in the number of days a home is on the market until it’s sold, that didn’t seem to have a negative impact on the percent of list price received, as it actually inched upward by .7% to rest at 98.3%.
