Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for April 2020. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in April 2020.

It was a different April for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings down 19.9%, pending sales down 24.9%, and closed sales down 18.1%. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale increased by 3.2%, and the months supply of inventory had no change.

The number of days on the market until sale decreased by 14.9%, and the percentage of list price received barely increased by 0.1%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 5.0% to $314,950 and the average home sales price increased by 3.2% to $345,497.
