Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for December 2019. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in December 2019.

It was a different December for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings up 15.6% , 10.4% more pending sales, and 24.6% more closed sales. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale fell by 6.0%, as did the months supply of inventory which fell by 14.3%.

The number of days on the market until sale decreased by 3.7%, and the percentage of list price received barely inched upwards by 0.1%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 8.7% to $311,000 and the average home sales price increased by 7.2% to $334,521.
