Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for February 2020. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in February 2020.

It was a different February for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings down 4.2%, pending sales up 3.3%, and closed sales up 1.5%. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale fell by 1.7%, as did the months supply of inventory which fell by 7.7%.

The number of days on the market until sale increased by 1.7%, and the percentage of list price received barely decreased by 0.9%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 3.6% to $290,150 and the average home sales price increased by 4.2% to $317,311.
