Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for January 2020. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in January 2020.
It was a different January for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings only up 3.7% with pending sales down 3.8%, and closed sales down 0.8%. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale fell by 0.4%, as did the months supply of inventory which fell by 7.4%.
The number of days on the market until sale decreased by 5.9%, and the percentage of list price received barely decreased by 0.2%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 0.6% to $279,250 and the average home sales price increased by 9.7% to $333,708.
