Spring has sprung for the Cherokee County real estate market, and while the number of new listings barely changed (down by .9%) and the number of closed sales actually declined by 8.8%, the number of pending sales rose by 14.7%! Following last month’s trend, home prices are slightly declining as well; the average Cherokee County home sales price is $314,918, which is 1.8% lower. Cherokee County housing inventory remains slightly on the rise as well, with the inventory of homes for sale up by 1.6%.
