It was a different March for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings down 3.1%, pending sales down 25.6%, and closed sales down 1.7%. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale increased by 8.0%, as did the months supply of inventory which increased by 3.8%.
The number of days on the market until sale increased by 17.3%, and the percentage of list price received barely decreased by 0.3%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 9.7% to $306,000 and the average home sales price increased by 7.3% to $337,920.
