Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for May 2020. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in May 2020.

It was a different May for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings down 20.2%, pending sales saw no change, and closed sales were down 28.6%. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale decreased by 12.4%, and the months supply of inventory decreased by 16.1%.

The number of days on the market until sale increased by 6.8%, and the percentage of list price received decreased by 0.2%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price decreased by 0.3% to $296,000 and the average home sales price increased by 2.4% to $335,296.
