Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for November 2018. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in November 2018.

We saw 17.2% fewer pending sales and 22.9% fewer closed sales in November, which is typical during the real estate market’s annual slow down for the holiday season. Unexpectedly however, the number of new listings increased by 1.9%, contributing to a 13% increase in the Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale, and a 14.8% increase in the months supply of inventory, which is now at 3.1.

Despite the increased inventory on the market, the average number of days a home is on the market until sale went down 8.3% to 44 days, and there were moderate increases in sales prices as well. The median sales price rose 5.8% to $275,000 and the average sales price rose 9% to $304,439.
