Here’s the Cherokee County GA Real Estate Sales Report for November 2019. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cherokee County in November 2019.

It was a different November for Cherokee County real estate, with new listings down 4.1% , 28.1% more pending sales, and 19.6% more closed sales. Cherokee County inventory of homes for sale fell by 7.3%, as did the months supply of inventory which fell by 12.9%.

The number of days on the market until sale decreased by 2.2%, and the percentage of list price received barely inched upwards by 0.4%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 9.1% to $300,000 and the average home sales price increased by 7.6% to $338,298.
