It was a busy September for Cherokee County real estate, with 24.5% more new listings and 21.3% more pending sales, despite the number of closed sales remaining almost unchanged with just a slide 1.5% drop. Cherokee County housing inventory figures are nearly unchanged as well, with only a 1.7% increase to the inventory of homes for sale, and no change at all to the months supply of inventory.
The number of days on the market until sale was unchanged, and the percentage of list price received barely inched upwards by 0.3%. Meanwhile, Cherokee County median home sales price increased by 6% to $309,500 and the average home sales price increased by 7.1% to $338,274.
