Here’s the Cobb County GA Real Estate Sales Report for April 2019. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cobb County in April 2019.

The April 2019 report shows that the spring real estate market in Cobb County continues to be a bit slow, with new listings down by 1.7%, pending sales down by 2.3%, and closed sales down by 8.9%.  Those figures netted a resulting 1% increase in the inventory of homes for sale in Cobb County, but the 1% increase wasn’t enough of a change to impact the months supply of inventory, which remained unchanged at 2.4.

Interestingly enough, the rest of the report figures didn’t show much movement either; the median sales price dropped by .2%, while the average sales price rose by 1%, bringing the median and average sales prices to $298,000 and $345,648 respectively. Similar small changes were reported in the percentage of list price received for a home, which fell by .4% to 98.5%, as well as the moderate 8.6% increase in the number of days a home is on the market until it’s sold.
