Here’s the Cobb County GA Real Estate Sales Report for April 2020. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cobb County in April 2020.

It was an unusual month for Cobb County real estate activity in April; the number of new listings decreased by 28.4%, the number of pending sales decreased by 29.4%, and the number of closed sales decreased by 24.6%. Cobb County housing inventory plummets with the inventory of homes for sale down by 7.5%, and the months supply of inventory down by 4.0%.

The April report also indicates big changes to how long a property is on the market until it’s sold, which decreased this month by 10.5%. Home sales prices are still on the rise in Cobb County with an 9.8% increase to median sales price, and a 6.0% increase to the average sales price, bringing those figures to $325,000 and $366,962 respectively.
