The data shows us a fairly busy real estate market for Cobb County in February 2019, despite the 4.5% decrease in closed sales; the number of new listings rose by 1.7% and the number of pending sales rose by 6.7%. The new listing activity has pushed inventory up by 5.5%, bringing the months supply of inventory to 2.1.

Cobb County home sales prices increased by at least 10% from either angle; the median sales price rose 10.4% to $287,000 and the average sales price rose 10.3% to $329,385. On average, homes sold 2% quicker, and for 97.9% of list price, which is a .3% decrease from last month.
