The springtime real estate market in Cobb County is off to a bit of a slow start, with the number of new listings down by nearly 7%, and the number of closings down 3%; meanwhile the number of pending sales is up 7.6%. The average sales price of a home in Cobb County is $345,720, which is a 4.2% increase, while the median home sales price remain unchanged.

Cobb County housing inventory is down overall; the total inventory of homes for sale decreased by 1%, while the months supply of inventory fell by 4.5%. Homes in Cobb County are selling in about 42 days, which is 8.7% less than previous, but the percentage of list price received is nearly unchanged at 98.4%, which is a .3% decline.
