Here’s the Cobb County GA Real Estate Sales Report for September 2019. This report gives detailed real estate market data for Cobb County in September 2019.

Despite the previous months’ declines in real estate activity, some Cobb County real estate activity picked up a bit during the month of September. The number of new listings increased by 0.4%, and the number of pending sales increased by 6.1%, but the number of closed sales continues its decline, this time by 8%. Cobb County inventory of homes for sale fell by 1%, while the months supply of inventory was unchanged.

Meanwhile, Cobb County home prices are up, indicated by an 11.7% increase in the median sales price and an 8.2% increase in the average sales price, bringing those figures to $297,000 and $227,522 respectively. The number of days on the market until sale fell by 5.4%, and the percent of list price received saw a 0.2% increase.
