Near Woodstock, GA, Autumn Ridge is a little neighborhood in unincorporated Cherokee County, right between the Cobb County and Cherokee County boundary. It’s located off Woodstock Road, near Highway 92, and is easily accessible through I-75 and other major highways.

Technically, its located in Acworth because it is serviced by the Acworth post office. Autumn Ridge is one of those little-known, hidden gems that you just love when you discover it.

There are just over 200 homes; all built in 2006 by Ashton Woods, a well-known and highly respected Southeastern US builder. The home designs all have open floorplans and several great features. Many of the homes in Autumn Ridge have 3 bedrooms, with a limited number of 4 bedroom plans as well. Overall, homes for sale here were built in the mid-200s. Nearly all have bonus rooms, and some even have finished basements.

Neighborhood amenities include a free-form pool with Cabana, a kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall, and a fully equipped playground. Autumn Ridge has a thriving HOA with its own community Facebook page for residents to share announcements and other information. Homes in Autumn Ridge don’t come up for sale very often.
