Paulding County saw some unusual real estate activity in April; the number of new listings decreased by 19.3%, and the number of pending sales decreased by 11.7%, while the number of closed sales decreased by 13.9%. Paulding County housing inventory continues to plummet, with the inventory of homes for sale down by 10.9%, and the months supply of inventory down by 9.5%.
Despite all the declining figures, Paulding County home values went in the opposite direction: the median sales price increased by 14.0% to $245,000 and the average sales price increased by 14.2% to $253,661. Meanwhile, the number of days on market until sale decreased 7.3%, and the percentage of list price received increased by 0.3%.
