The Paulding County real estate market remains a bit slower than normal, with 16% fewer new listings, 6.7% fewer pending sales, and 9.4% fewer closed sales. Although there were less home sales overall, the sales that did occur contributed to increases in home prices – the median sales price rose 6.2% to $209,900, while the average sales price rose 2.8% to $222,369.

Paulding County housing inventory continues to decrease, with the inventory of homes for sale down by 3.7% and the months supply of inventory down by 4.8%. With low inventory, it’s no surprise to see the number of days on the market until sale has decreased by 2%, and the percent of list price receive remains high, even increasing by .1%.
