Paulding County real estate activity in March sent some mixed signals; the number of new listings increased by 2.7%, and the number of pending sales decreased by 13.9%, while the number of closed sales decreased by 0.4%. Paulding County housing inventory continues to plummet, with the inventory of homes for sale down by 2.5%, and the months supply of inventory holding steady with no change.
Despite all the declining figures, Paulding County home values went in the opposite direction: the median sales price increased by 7.2% to $225,000 and the average sales price increased by 6.6% to $236,791. Meanwhile, the number of days on market until sale decreased 2.0%, and the percentage of list price received increased by 0.1%.
