Paulding County real estate activity in November sent some mixed signals; the number of new listings fell by 2.2%, but the number of pending sales did not change, while the number of closed sales declined by 19.6%. Paulding County housing inventory continues to plummet, with the inventory of homes for sale down by over 13.6%, and the months supply of inventory down by 13%.
Despite all the declining figures, Paulding County home values went in the opposite direction: the median sales price increased by 8.7% to $223,300 and the average sales price increased by 10.2% to $240,052. Meanwhile, the number of days on market until sale increased 12.8%, and the percentage of list price received increased by 0.2%.
