This is our October 2016 Real Estate Market Report for Woodstock, Georgia.

Even though the median sold price is up just slightly (0.6%) and the number of currently active listings is at a 5-year low (396), Woodstock may be leaning towards being a buyer’s market. That possibility is due to a 5.9% increase in new listings last month, while the number of closed sales fell by 12.2%. More real estate inventory and fewer buyers could cause prices to decline or allow buyers more room to negotiate.
