This is our September 2016 Real Estate Market Report for Woodstock, Georgia.

With most statistics taking quite a dive since last month’s report, the September report for Woodstock might seem to indicate that the market is slowing; but the overall 12-month trends paint a different picture.  The number of new listings and closed sales are down 11.7% and 13.6% respectively, and even the median sold price dropped by 5.4%.  These figures are higher than they were this time last year, however.  New pending listings and the median sold price have increased by 5.8% and 3% respectively since September 2015, while the number of active listings (384) and the median number of days to contract (17) are both at 5-year lows.
