This is our January 2018 Real Estate Sales Report for Woodstock, Georgia.

Our first Woodstock real estate market report of 2018 seems to indicate another year of low inventory, which will likely continue to drive home prices upward. Even though January saw nearly a 79% increase in new listings and a 27% drop in closed sales, the median sold price only dropped 2.2%.

With the number of active listings at a 5-year record low for January, and average sold-price-to-list-price ratio at a 5-year record high for January, it’s easy to see why the median sold price is 15.5% higher than it was in January 2017, despite the minute drop from last month to this month.
