Although median sold prices fell by 3.7%, making 3 months in a row of consecutive declines, it’s still over 6% higher than it was in June 2017, so the downward trend is likely temporary. Buyers are loving it; the number of closed sales increased by 15.6%!
Woodstock home sellers aren’t getting the short end of the stick by any stretch, however – with a median of 9 days from listing to contract, and an average sold-to-list price ratio of 98.4% (a 5-year June high), sellers are selling their homes quickly and for top dollar. The already-low inventory and the reduced number of new listings on the market this month definitely make homes move quickly.
