This is our November 2017 Real Estate Sales Report for Woodstock, Georgia.

As is normal for the holiday months, Woodstock’s real estate market saw big declines in activity in November. The number of closed sales and new pendings are down 3.4% and 3.6% respectively, while the number of new listings dropped nearly 21%!

Despite the stagnation of activity, median sold prices are still 8.6% higher than they were this time last year, showing a healthy market even though transactions are temporarily few.
