This is our October 2017 Real Estate Sales Report for Woodstock, Georgia.
Although the upcoming holiday season is expected to slow the number of closed sales (which are down 6.4% this month), that doesn’t necessarily mean home values decline as well! This month, the median sold price of property in Woodstock is up 2.1%, to $245,000, which is 12.9% more than it was this time last year!
The number of new listings declined by 2.5%, putting the already low active inventory at a 5-year record low for October. Such low inventory makes it a great time to list your home if you’re thinking of selling, as outlined in a recent blog I wrote. Check it out here!
