This is our September 2017 Real Estate Sales Report for Woodstock, Georgia.

As mentioned in last month’s market report, most data indicators for real estate in Woodstock show the market slowing down as we head into the holiday season, but not all! Despite the new listings, closed sales, and new pending listings all being down by 12% to 16%, the median sold price increased by 5.3%, which is 11.5% higher than it was September of last year!

More good news for Woodstock’s real estate market is the number of active listings is at a 5-year September low, and the median number of days to contract is hovering at 22 days, which is less than the 5-year September average.
